Activity, restrictions and regulated status
We sell ready-to-wear cotton basics to consumers, in multi-piece packs only. This is not a regulated activity and the goods are not subject to export control, licensing or age restriction beyond the ordinary requirement that the person placing the order is an adult with legal capacity to contract.
We deliver to France and to the European Union. We do not ship outside the EU, so no customs formalities, import duties or export restrictions arise for our customers. Delivery destinations and rates are set out on livraison.
Intellectual property
The layout, text, product photography and source code of this site are the property of DISTRIBUTION PRODUCTION LOGISTIQUE (D.P.L.). Reproduction of any part of the site, other than the temporary copies made by a browser to display it, requires our prior written agreement.

We take care that the information on this site — pack contents, piece counts, prices, fibre composition, care instructions, country of manufacture and measured sizing — is accurate and up to date. Measurements carry a stated tolerance of ±1 cm and colours may appear differently between screens.
If you find an error, tell us at support@dplclothing.shop and we will correct it. An error in a price or a description does not oblige either party to complete a sale on incorrect terms; if we cannot honour an order as it was displayed, we will contact you and refund it in full.
Governing law
This site and any sale made through it are governed by French law. Consumers keep the benefit of the mandatory protections of their country of residence within the European Union.
