The principle
Storage strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for — holding your cart while you browse — does not require consent and is used here for that purpose alone.
Anything not strictly necessary requires your prior consent. Nothing of that kind is set before you choose. The banner offers Refuse and Accept as the same kind of button, the same size, in the same place, with neither pre-selected and neither made harder to find than the other. Continuing to browse is not treated as consent, and there is no scroll-to-accept.
What is actually stored
| Name | Purpose | Type | Kept |
|---|---|---|---|
lotpack.cart.v1 | Holds the packs you added, their quantities and the sizes you allocated, so your cart survives moving between pages | Local storage — strictly necessary, no consent required | Until you clear it or empty your cart |
lotpack.cookie-choice.v1 | Remembers whether you refused or accepted, so you are not asked on every page | Local storage — strictly necessary, no consent required | 6 months, then we ask again |
Both are stored in your own browser and are readable only by this site. Neither leaves your device unless you place an order, in which case the cart contents are sent so the order can be priced and fulfilled.
What we do not use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No third-party analytics or audience measurement.
- No social network buttons, pixels or embedded trackers.
- No fingerprinting, and no cross-site or cross-device tracking.
- No profiling and no automated decision-making.
If that ever changes, the banner will ask before anything is set, and this page will list it before it appears.
Changing your choice
You can change your mind at any time, and doing so is as easy as making the choice in the first place. This clears the stored decision and shows the banner again on your next page view.
Your current choice: none recorded yet — the banner is still showing.
What refusing changes
Nothing about how the shop works. Because every piece of storage here is strictly necessary, refusing costs you no functionality at all: your cart still works, prices still display, and you can still place an order.
Questions about storage or data go to support@dplclothing.shop. The full privacy notice, including your right to complain to the CNIL, is on données personnelles.
