What arrives in the box, decided before you order
The awkward part of buying in packs is not knowing what is inside one. Every pack on this site states its sizes and its colours before you can add it to a cart — how many pieces, in which sizes, in which colours, and whether any of that is yours to choose.

packs are fixed size
You pick one size and every piece in the pack arrives in it. These are packs where mixing would defeat the point — three heavyweight tees for one person, two shirts in one collar size, three pairs of wool socks for one pair of feet.
Fixed packs say so on the pack page, in the calculator and in the cart. Sizes cannot be mixed in them, and we say that rather than letting you discover it at delivery.

packs let you allocate the sizes
You decide how the pieces split across sizes: five tees as three mediums and two larges, ten sock pairs across two shoe sizes, fifteen team tees across a whole crew.
One rule applies: the quantities must total the pack size exactly. Nine out of ten is not a ten-pack. The form blocks it as you type, and the server checks it again before an order can be created — an order that does not add up is refused rather than shipped short.
One size through, or a spread across sizes
On the left, a fixed pack: five pieces, one size, no decision to make. On the right, an allocated pack: the same five pieces spread across the sizes a household or a team actually needs.
Whichever it is, the per-piece price does not change with the spread. A five-pack costs the same whether it is five mediums or five different sizes — the allocation is a configuration, not an upgrade, and nothing on this site charges for it.

Most packs are a single colour. Where a pack mixes colours or fabrics, the split is fixed and published in full before you order — not chosen at checkout and not left to a surprise. Substitutions are not available on a fixed split.

The three fabrics and colours are fixed and cannot be changed: one poplin, one oxford, one twill.
Measured in centimetres, on the garment
Every pack carries a measured chart alongside its EU size label, because a label alone tells you very little. Measurements are taken on the garment laid flat, in centimetres, with a manufacturing tolerance of ±1 cm.
The most reliable way to choose is to measure a garment you already own and like, laid flat the same way, and match it against the chart.

How each measurement is taken
- Chest: measured flat across the garment one centimetre below the armhole, then doubled.
- Body length: measured from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem.
- Sleeve length: measured from the shoulder seam to the sleeve opening.
- Shoulder: measured seam to seam across the back.
Shirts, bottoms, underwear, socks and aprons each have their own chart, published on the relevant pack pages.
Care and composition travel with the pack
Fibre composition by percentage, care instructions and country of manufacture are published on every pack page and sewn into every garment. A pack missing any of the three is not listed on this site at all — the guard is in the code, not in a checklist.
Where a pack mixes fabrics, each component's composition and country of manufacture is listed separately, because they differ from piece to piece.
