1. Parties and scope
These conditions govern sales made by DISTRIBUTION PRODUCTION LOGISTIQUE (D.P.L.), trading as Lotpack, registered at 3 Rue de la Varenne, 36700 Châtillon-sur-Indre, France, to any consumer buying through dplclothing.shop. Our identifiers are published on mentions légales.
Orders are accepted from adults with the legal capacity to contract. We sell to consumers for their own use; we are not a wholesaler and these terms are not written for resale.
The version of these terms in force is the one published on this page at the moment the order is placed. A copy is attached to the order confirmation so you keep the version you agreed to.
2. Essential characteristics of the goods
We sell ready-to-wear cotton basics in multi-piece packs. There is no single-unit option: the pack is the unit of sale, and the number of pieces in it is part of its specification.
Every product page states, before you can add anything to a cart:
- the number of pieces or pairs in the pack;
- the price of the pack in EUR, TTC;
- the price per piece or per pair in EUR, TTC, shown at the same type size;
- whether the sizes are fixed for the whole pack or allocated by you, and the rule for allocating them;
- the colour of every piece in the pack, listed individually where the split is fixed;
- the fibre composition by percentage, the care instructions and the country of manufacture;
- the measured size chart in centimetres, how each measurement is taken, and the ±1 cm tolerance;
- any performance statement together with the test it was assessed against and the limit of what it does.
A pack that does not carry all three statutory labels — fibre composition, care and country of manufacture — is not displayed for sale at all.
Photographs show the pack laid out with every piece visible, and one piece taken out of the pack. Colours may render differently between screens. Measurements are taken on the garment laid flat and carry the stated tolerance.
3. Prices and currency
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and are TTC — French VAT included. The currency is stated in words next to the totals so it cannot be mistaken for another currency using the same symbol.
The per-piece figure shown beside every pack price is the pack price divided by the piece count, rounded to the nearest cent, and it is calculated on our server. Your browser displays that figure; it does not compute it.
Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you commit. It is €5.90 EUR per order and free from €99.00 EUR. Full rates and destinations are on livraison.
Prices may change at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you place it.
4. Discounts, promotions and comparison prices
The pack size is a product specification, not a discount. A twelve-pack costs less per piece than a three-pack because it contains twelve pieces. It is not a membership benefit, a tier, a loyalty reward or a limited offer. This site has no subscription, no membership, no points scheme, no stored credit and no countdown timer.
We publish no comparison price and no saving figure anywhere on this site. Under French rules a comparison price may only be announced together with a documented reference price that the seller can substantiate. We do not sell these garments individually and hold no such reference price, so we show none. The pack price and the division are the whole of the argument.
If we ever run a promotion, its conditions — what it applies to, when it starts and ends, and any exclusion — will be published with it and visible at the point you agree to it.
5. Placing an order
The order process is:
- you add packs to the cart and allocate sizes where the pack allows it;
- you enter your delivery details at checkout and tick, separately and without any box pre-ticked, that you accept these terms, that you have read the data notice, and that you understand a pack is returned complete;
- our server re-validates the whole order: it re-prices every line from the catalogue and re-checks that every size allocation totals the pack size exactly;
- if a size allocation does not add up, the order is refused rather than shipped incomplete, and you are told which pack is at fault;
- once validated, you continue to payment. The order exists once payment is confirmed and we send a confirmation by email;
- we may refuse an order where there is a manifest pricing error, an abnormal quantity for consumer use, or an unresolved dispute on a previous order. A refused order is refunded in full.
Before validating, you can go back and correct any entry. The confirmation email sets out what was ordered, the size allocation for each pack, the amounts and your statutory rights.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of the order, in EUR, through the payment method configured for this site. The amount charged is the total calculated on our server, shown to you before you commit.
Card details are never entered on, stored by, or passed through these pages. Payment is handled by a PCI DSS certified payment provider on its own secure infrastructure. See paiement et sécurité for the card schemes accepted and how your payment data is protected.
Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.
7. Delivery and transfer of risk
We deliver to France and the European Union. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery takes 2 to 4 working days in France and 3 to 8 working days elsewhere in the EU. Rates, carriers and destinations are on livraison.
Risk passes to you when you, or a third party you designate other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
Where no delivery date was agreed, we deliver without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest. If we miss that, you may instruct us to deliver within a reasonable further period and, failing that, cancel the order; we then refund all sums paid within 14 days.
If a parcel arrives damaged or a pack is short of pieces, tell us within a reasonable time with photographs. We replace or refund at no cost to you.
8. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to withdraw, without giving any reason and without penalty.
A pack is one item and is returned complete. Because the pack — not the individual garment — is the thing sold, a withdrawal covers the whole pack, with every piece in it, unworn and unwashed with its labels attached. Individual pieces from inside a pack cannot be returned separately.
The procedure, the standard withdrawal form and the allocation of return costs are set out in full on droit de rétractation. Refunds are made using the same payment method, within 14 days of us receiving the goods back or of proof of return.
9. Legal guarantees
Two legal guarantees apply to every order, independently of one another and independently of the right of withdrawal. Neither replaces the other and neither is a commercial gesture — both are owed to you by law:
- the garantie légale de conformité (articles L.217-3 and following of the Code de la consommation);
- the garantie des vices cachés (articles 1641 and following of the Code civil).
Each one's scope, period and how to use it is set out separately on garanties légales, as required.
10. After-sales service and commercial guarantee
After-sales service is provided directly by us, at support@dplclothing.shop and +33 6 16 75 50 35, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 CET. There is no charge for making a claim under either legal guarantee.
We offer no additional commercial guarantee beyond the two legal guarantees. If we ever do, its content, duration, territorial scope and price will be set out in writing before you buy.
11. Extended producer responsibility and sorting
Textiles are a mandatory extended producer responsibility (EPR) category in France under the AGEC law. Our EPR unique identifier (IDU) is being registered with ADEME and will be published on mentions légales and on every product page once issued.
Each pack page states the environmental characteristics of the goods it contains: the fibre make-up relevant to sorting, whether any trim has to be removed first, and whether the item carries a coating or bonded component. Products and their packaging carry the Triman symbol and the info-tri sorting instruction, mandatory for textiles since 1 February 2023. Sorting instructions are on tri et recyclage.
12. Personal data
We collect only what is needed to take, deliver and invoice an order, and to answer you afterwards. What we collect, why, on what legal basis, for how long, and how to exercise your rights — including your right to complain to the CNIL — is set out on données personnelles. Cookie choices are described on cookies.
13. Disputes, mediation and governing law
Write to us first at support@dplclothing.shop: most things are resolved that way within a couple of days.
If that does not settle it, you may refer the dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator, and you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform. Both routes, and the conditions for using them, are on médiation de la consommation.
These terms are governed by French law. Consumers keep the benefit of the mandatory protections of their country of residence in the European Union. Recourse to mediation is optional and does not affect your right to go to court.
