Step 1 — write to us first
Almost everything is resolved here. Write to support@dplclothing.shop, call +33 6 16 75 50 35 (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 CET), or write to 3 Rue de la Varenne, 36700 Châtillon-sur-Indre, France.
Give your order reference and describe what you want put right. We answer within 2 working days. Keep a copy of what you send: a written complaint to us is a condition of going to a mediator afterwards.
Step 2 — the consumer mediator
If our reply does not settle it, or we have not replied within two months, you may refer the dispute free of charge to the consumer mediator we are registered with. Mediation is confidential, and the mediator is independent of us.
Mediator details — to be completed before the site goes live
Membership of a mediation scheme is registered by the company and the mediator's name, postal address and website are published here once the registration is confirmed. We publish no mediator name before that registration exists: naming a scheme we are not registered with would leave you with no usable route at all.
In the meantime, and in every case, you can use the European platform below, and you can always go to court.
The mediator examines the file and proposes a solution. You are free to accept or refuse it, and refusing costs you nothing and leaves every other route open.
Conditions for using mediation
A mediator can only take the case if:
- you have already made a written complaint to us;
- your request is made within one year of that written complaint;
- the dispute has not already been examined by another mediator or by a court;
- the dispute is not manifestly unfounded or abusive.
Mediation is free for you as a consumer.
European Online Dispute Resolution
If you live in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, which routes your case to an approved dispute resolution body:
You will need our email address, which is support@dplclothing.shop, and your order reference.
Going to court
Mediation is optional. It never removes your right to take the matter to court, and time spent in mediation does not cost you that right.
Sales made through this site are governed by French law, and you keep the benefit of the mandatory protections of your country of residence in the European Union. Before going to court it is usually worth checking the two legal guarantees on garanties légales, which cover most disputes about faulty goods and cost you nothing to use.
