The 14-day period
The withdrawal period runs for 14 calendar days from the day you — or a third party you designate, other than the carrier — take physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in several parcels, the period runs from the day you receive the last one.
To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your decision to withdraw before the period expires. You do not have to give a reason, and no penalty applies.
A pack is returned complete
This is the one rule specific to this catalogue, so it is stated plainly and repeated at checkout.
The pack — not the individual garment — is the item you buy. Its price, its per-piece figure and its size allocation all belong to the pack as a whole. A withdrawal therefore covers the whole pack: every piece in it comes back together. You cannot keep some pieces from inside a pack and return the rest.
Where an order contains several packs, you may withdraw from some packs and keep others. Each pack is treated separately, and each one returns complete.
You will have seen this rule twice before ordering: on the pack page and as a separate, unticked confirmation box at checkout.
How to withdraw
- Tell us before the 14 days are up — by email to support@dplclothing.shop, by telephone on +33 6 16 75 50 35, or by post to 3 Rue de la Varenne, 36700 Châtillon-sur-Indre, France. You can use the form below, or say it in your own words — an unambiguous statement is enough.
- We acknowledge your withdrawal in writing without delay and confirm the return address.
- Send the pack back, complete, within 14 days of telling us. Keep proof of postage: it is what protects you if a parcel goes astray.
Contacting us first is not a condition of your right — it is so the return is registered against your order and reaches the right place.
Standard withdrawal form
Using this form is optional. Copy it into an email, or print and post it. It is the model form required by the Code de la consommation.

Condition of the goods
You may handle and try on the goods as you would in a shop. Return them unworn beyond that, unwashed, with their labels attached and in their original packaging where you still have it.
You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Trying a garment on does not diminish its value. A garment that has been worn out of the house, washed, altered or marked does.
Who pays the return postage
Return postage is at your cost when you withdraw simply because you changed your mind. As a guide, returning a single pack within France costs between 6 and 12 EUR depending on its weight and the carrier you choose.
We pay when the goods are faulty, not as described, or not what you ordered — in that case do not use the withdrawal route at all: see garanties légales, which costs you nothing.
Refunds
We refund all sums paid, including the standard outbound delivery charge, within 14 days of the day we receive the goods back, or of the day you provide proof that you sent them, whichever is earlier.
Where you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard offer, we refund the standard rate rather than the premium one.
Refunds are made using the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. A refund never carries a fee.
Where you withdraw from part of an order and the remaining packs fall below the free delivery threshold, we do not retrospectively charge delivery on what you keep.
Exceptions
The law removes the withdrawal right for certain goods — for example items made to a consumer's specification, or sealed goods unsealed after delivery which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
None of our packs is made to order, so no pack is excluded on that basis. Underwear and socks are supplied in sealed packaging: if you unseal it, the withdrawal right no longer applies to that pack for hygiene reasons. Unsealed packs of underwear and socks can be returned in the ordinary way.
If the problem is a defect, not a change of mind
Withdrawal is for changing your mind. If a garment is faulty, does not match its description, or fails sooner than it reasonably should, use the legal guarantees instead — they last far longer than 14 days, they cost you nothing, and return postage is on us.
